Anyone for another Wii U port?

Two Joy-Con Controllers

Hi, here's this week's Switch Weekly, with the Nintendo links you should be seeing.

Lots of stuff is hitting the eShop in the coming days. The big titles? Octopath Traveler and the re-release of Captain Toad. The full list is below.

Other than that it's been a fairly quiet week, and I've been plugging away at Crash Bandicoot, and trying out Pode (my review is below) and Bomb Chicken (which is out in a few days).

As ever, you can hit reply to this email if I've missed anything or you have any thoughts you want to share.

Big thanks for reading!
Cheers, Chris.

PREVIEWTaking the path less traveled in Octopath Traveler

My thoughts on this charming, laid back puzzle adventure game. It's best suited with two playing together.

Amidst a bleak year, Yoku's Island Express rolled its way into my heart
"Sometimes, you don't need a harsh difficulty and dark vibe to make a great metroidvania game." — I've been playing this, and it is rather chill.

Nintendo's next Labo kit should include these laser tag guns
Another creative use of Labo, using Joy-Con's for a game of laser tag. The video at the end of this article shows them in action.
